SPD Participates in National Clean-up Exercise

Management and Staff of the Seed Production Division (SPD) participated in the National Clean-up Exercise as part of efforts to promote environmental cleanliness, public health and responsible citizenship.

The exercise brought staff together to clean the Division's premises and surrounding areas. Participants swept public spaces, cleared weeds, collected refuse and ensured that waste was properly disposed of.

“A clean and healthy environment is a shared responsibility. Through teamwork and collective action, we can build cleaner, safer and healthier communities.”

The participation of SPD in the exercise demonstrates the Division's commitment to environmental sustainability and community development. It also reflects the importance SPD places on maintaining a clean, safe and productive working environment.

Staff displayed a strong spirit of cooperation and dedication throughout the exercise. The activity provided an opportunity to encourage good sanitation practices and strengthen teamwork among staff.

SPD encourages staff and members of the public to make environmental cleanliness a continuous responsibility and not an activity reserved only for designated clean-up days.

Together, we can keep our workplaces and communities clean.
